Before you write

These come up often, and the answer may already be here:

Where is my order? A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships. Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days. If it has been longer, write to us with your order number and we will chase it.
How much is shipping? Nothing, anywhere in the world, tracking included.
Can I return it? Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Full details in our refund policy.
It arrived damaged. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the replacement or a full refund, and you do not pay return shipping.
Which colour should I pick? Tell us about the room and we will give you an honest opinion rather than a sales answer.

What helps us answer faster

If your message is about an existing order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged, a photo saves us both a round trip.
