How the light works
The LED sits inside the shade and faces upward, never towards you. The light bounces off the inside of the glass before it reaches the room, which is why there is no hot spot and no glare. The switch on the cable cycles through warm white, neutral white and cool white. Hold it to dim.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every order, to Switzerland and worldwide, tracking included. Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days. You receive a tracking link by email the moment yours ships. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to local customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send the lamp back unused in its original packaging and we refund you in full. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we cover the replacement, with no return shipping cost to you.
Care and safety
Indoor use only. Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface and keep the glass shade away from water. Clean with a soft dry cloth, never with abrasive products, and unplug it before cleaning. Use it with a standard USB power adapter.
