These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately. Screens vary, so slight differences between the photographs and the item you receive are possible. The dimensions given are those supplied by the manufacturer.

 

Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs. We are not currently registered for Swiss VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

 

Orders

An order becomes binding once you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular where a product is unavailable or where a price has been displayed in error. In that case you are refunded in full.

 

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never have access to your card details.

 

Right of withdrawal

If you are resident in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. We extend this to 30 days for all customers. See our refund policy.

 

Liability

This lamp is a decorative indoor lighting product powered over USB at DC 5V. It must be used indoors, on a stable flat surface, away from water, and with a standard USB power adapter. We accept no liability for damage arising from improper use, modification of the product, or use with a non-compliant power supply.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lausanne have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
