Returns and refunds

 

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If you are resident in the EU, you also keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in addition to our extended 30-day policy.

 

Condition

Items must be unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

 

How to start a return

Contact us at contact@maison-luce.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions and a return address.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.

 

Return shipping costs

Outbound shipping is free on every order. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

 

Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
