If you live in the European Union, the law gives you fourteen days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no reason required. At Maison Luce we extend that to thirty days for everyone, wherever you live.
The simplest way
Open your account, find the order and request a return. You can also simply email us at contact@maison-luce.store with your order number. Either is enough — the form below is not compulsory.
What happens next
We reply within one to two business days with a return address and instructions. Send the lamp back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Once the parcel reaches us and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, including the original delivery cost. Our delivery is free, so in practice you get the full amount you paid.
