Free shipping, everywhere

Shipping is free on every order, to Switzerland and worldwide. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge at checkout.

 

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

 

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days from the date of order. Delivery times vary with your location and with local customs processing, and may be longer during busy periods.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

 

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly.
