Shipping and delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to Switzerland and worldwide, with tracking included.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days. We work with international fulfilment partners, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Europe and worldwide, at no charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, with no return shipping cost to you.
The lamp
What are the dimensions?
18 cm in diameter and 28 cm tall. The shade is glass, the stem and base are chrome-finished iron.
How is it powered?
Over USB, at DC 5V and 1A. Plug it into any standard USB power adapter, a laptop, or a power bank. A cable with an inline switch is included.
How does the dimming work?
The lamp cycles through three light tones, warm, neutral and cool white, using the switch on the cable.
How do I use and care for it safely?
Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface. Keep the glass shade dry and away from water. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth only, never with abrasive products. Unplug it before cleaning.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
