Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface. Keep the glass dry and away from water. Clean with a soft, dry cloth only, never with abrasive products. Unplug it before cleaning.

Shipping is free on every order, to Switzerland and worldwide, tracking included. Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days. You receive a tracking link by email the moment yours ships. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to local customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send the lamp back unused in its original packaging and we refund you in full. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we cover the replacement, with no return shipping cost to you.
